PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Typically, prints ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) from the time of purchase. You can generally expect arrival between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country. In most cases, your product will be printed and shipped from within your country. You will receive an email notification when your order ships, along with a tracking number. Since all prints are made to order, we appreciate your patience and support!

Products will be printed and shipped from within the respective country in most cases, reducing delivery times and minimizing customs delays.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For shipments within the United States and other countries listed above, you will not be subject to import duties or taxes. Local taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout if applicable.

INCORRECT/UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or taxes may apply. Please verify that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered due to incorrect addresses entered at the time the order was placed.

Please note that all Cult Wall Art prints and products are printed on demand, making them FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE. We take great care to ensure that each piece is crafted to your specifications, and as such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items other than for damages or receiving the wrong product.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ORDER DETAILS

While all sales are final, we understand that issues may arise. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and work to make it right. Damaged prints are eligible for replacement.

Written notification and photo documentation of damages must be received within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we can no longer replace the item.

To start a return due to a damaged product, please contact us at contact@cultwallart.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When reporting the damaged product, please include the following information:

• A description of the problem.
• Details about how the order was packaged.
• Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
